WATCH: Sen. Grassley on Flynn vindication and notes re: Obama/Biden meeting

Today, Flynn’s legal team also released Strzok’s notes regarding a meeting between Obama, Biden, Comey, Sally Yates and Susan Rice.

Those notes appear to show several important things:

Comey said the Flynn calls with the Russian ambassador “appear legit.”

Obama ordered Comey to “look at things.”

Obama directed that “the right people” investigate Flynn.

Biden appeared to raise the Logan Act.

Well, if it was “legit” then why “look at things”?

If it was “legit,” why would Biden mention the Logan Act?

These notes raise legitimate questions.

For example, did Obama and Biden deliberately take steps in the final hours of their administration to undermine the incoming administration?

It sure looks like they did.

It’s also reasonable to question the extent of Obama’s and Biden’s knowledge about the Russia and Flynn investigations.

For example, we know that on January 4, 2017 – the same day Strzok allegedly wrote the meeting notes – the FBI wrote a closing memorandum on Flynn, who was codenamed Crossfire Razor by the FBI that said the Intelligence Community could find no derogatory information on him.

On the very same day the FBI was ready to close the Flynn case, Strzok asked another FBI agent, “Hey if you haven’t closed Razor don’t do it yet.”

The case was still open at that moment and Strzok asked that it be kept open “for now.”

The case should’ve been closed.

Instead, even in light of Comey apparently saying that the calls between Flynn and the Russian ambassador “appear legit” Obama directed Comey to “look at things” and make sure “the right people” investigate it.

And Biden chimed in, too, by bringing up the Logan Act which was used as a pretext to interview Flynn weeks later.

So much for a peaceful transition of power.

Much worse than Watergate.

Too bad there are almost no crusading journalists who want to win a Pulitzer.

>>Too bad there are almost no crusading journalists who want to win a Pulitzer.<<

Amazing how political ideology has completely taken over—became God—to the Left, including journalists. Years ago, a young turk would go out on a limb to make a name for themselves, but if they did that today they would be taking the eternal dirt nap real quick.

And still not one of the Coup D’Etat conspirators has been held to account. Not One.

The Democrats and the Press are going to pretend that none of this ever happened. They are moving on to their new plan: riots and fear of the virus. Yes, that’s the ticket.

It would certainly seem that Sharyl Attkisson would qualify.

The Pulitzer Prize has been a joke for many years. Same with the Nobel Prize.

I wonder if this is why PDJT was so maddeningly hands-off with respect to the FBI during 2017-2019? If he knew from early on that the FBI and COINTEL assets had been used against his campaign and to undermine his administration, he needed to not be vulnerable to the charge that he was doing the same thing in his administration.

He had to wait until they did things that were obviously beyond the pale before he took action; hence putting up with the machinations of Comey as long as he did, and then the further machinations of Mueller, Rosenstein, etc.

Had he not put up with these things, he would have been accused of doing worse than what was done to him.

Like these tireless warriors at the NYT?

The New York Times revealed the Trump team’s connections with the Russians and attempts to sway the F.B.I. director, James Comey. The articles, which won the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting, triggered the appointment of Robert Mueller as special counsel.

They won Pulitzers for covering a completely made-up tale.

I'd be happy if those involved were actually held accountable, sigh.

Flynn's attorney laid it out on on Fox Business this morning. Don't see how Barr can let all this people go.

Obama directed that “the right people” investigate Flynn.

We all know what he meant by that.

A lot of good questions. Too bad SA is not a member of Congress.
Hmm. Would that be a conflict of interest, a journalist being a legislator?
Imagine...CNN and PBS would have to listen to her :D

Anyone in prison yet? Charged & arrested? No? Pffft...this is all old news. The ONLY proper response is to arrest them all, including biteme and obunghole. Wake me up when that happens.

“Don’t see how Barr can let all this people go. “

Barr declined even contemplating charging a ‘former President’ for criminal activity during his tenure in office. However, the evidence shows Obama extended his criminal acts to include future events with Trump.

So what’s Barr’s excuse now? Obama clearly brought it upon himself, and the use of his former prestige in office is no defense against criminal acts. Trump has every right to demand direct action against Obama by Barr, TODAY! Or leave his resignation on the desk.

“Barr declined even contemplating charging a ‘former President’ for criminal activity during his tenure in office”.

You forget when Barr said that, he also said “right now”. “Right now” means Obama is not off the hook.
