And this cop has an impeccable record, model cop, and they are going to destroy him because of pussy politicians don’t have to the gonads to stand up to Soros thugs.Trump has to say enough is enough and put a price on that mofos head. $600 MILLION Soros gave to the BLM hypocrites solely to harm the country. Black lives matter my ass, they dont give a single spit about black lives. If they did they would be protesting about that black girl who was killed by a gang shooting on the day of her graduation whichnis going to happen a ton more now that cops hands are being tied

He had a partner there. He wasn’t alone. If he was alone and there was a struggle for the tazer, maybe. Cops are trained and have tazers used on them. Shooting someone in the back is unjustified, unless they were charging at someone with the intent to maim/kill.

This smells like a lynching under the pretext of a legal process. I’m glad I don’t live in Atlanta, because I wouldn’t be able to escape quickly enough.

Garrett Rolfe kicked Brooks while he lay on the ground and the officer with him, Devin Brosnan, stood on Brooks' shoulder as he struggled for life after a confrontation Friday night, Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard said at a news conference.

"They will have trouble getting this conviction. An acquittal will mean more rioting."

Which is the intent

“Fulton County can find peers to serve on the jury.”

Would you be willing to bet your life on that?

One thing that bothers me is they talked to him for 41 minutes before they tried to arrest him. The preceding conversation was apparently good-natured and cheerful, then everything suddenly turns bad?
Do all field sobriety tests take that long normally?

Then when Brooks was shot and on the ground, they kick him and stand on his shoulder? Also neglecting to get him medical attention for several minutes. He had a bullet in his heart.

So many things seem wrong here. This should not have happened.

This is SO MUCH B.S.

Political pandering with no shame, destroying good men to satisfy the mob, but the mob will never be satisfied.

Cowards.

IF they have other options, I am with the police walking off the job in those ethnic democrat cities and foolish leaders.

Overreach by the prosecutor... Looking to either appease the mob, or hoping for some political grandstanding.

You point a weapon at a cop on film, and then its murder when you wind up shot??

Nonsense.

A friend of mine was a New York city cop and he quit last year, 2 years on the job. He said it was the worst job he ever had in his life.

Like what? There are multiple and clear videos that cover the whole thing. There is no “turns state evidence” since there is NO evidence, it’s all on video.

Nope...much,much different than Minneapolis. If I was a juror on *this" case I'd vote NOT GUILTY on all counts.

*This* one was *absolutely* justified.

Oh it’s even better. This is the SAME D.A. that just charged 6 Atlanta PD officers for using their tasers, referring to the tasers as “lethal force”.

1) correct.
2) correct.
3) correct again. I spoke with my best bud who was a cop for 17 years. He analyzed the whole situation. He pointed out that Wendy’s is a private location and they did not have to pursue DWI. It wasn’t a public road and he wasn’t stopped for his driving.
In the past, my friend said that he would just have a family member come to get him and be done with it.
He also mentioned that 42 minutes for a DWI is INSANE.

He said murder. Shooting someone in the back that is fleeing (even with your tazer) is not justified. He had a partner with a service weapon. They knew who he was, they had his car. No need to shoot. Unless someone is about to threaten the life of another, you don’t shoot a fleeing suspect.

Atlanta has cross a line. BLM has push to far. The Democrats have push to far.

I would not blame police officers if they hand in their badges now.

Woulda, coulda, shoulda. Mix testosterone with adrenaline and you have a recipe for poor decision making. It is like a police car chase of a fleeting suspect when an innocent is killed or injured in the pursuit. Hindsight is 20/20.

I don’t even think manslaughter. The guy would have gone for his gun. The officer was justified in killing him. This world is being given over very quickly to evil.
