Garrett Rolfe, the Atlanta police officer fired after the killing of Rayshard Brooks last week, now faces charges including felony murder, which could potentially lead to the death penalty, a Georgia district attorney announced Wednesday.

This is insane. If the guy had tazed the cop and taken his weapon, he could have killed him and God knows who else! This is truly mad. They never do this when a white guy gets killed.
