DNI IS releasing these interviews conducted by Nunes, under oath. Yates, Podesta, Clapper, McCabe, Rice and others. This is not a sternly worded request. Grenell tells Schiffty, “release now or I will”. I honest to goodness think he will.
Sounds like Durham is wrapping up and/or looking at other targets not mentioned in the House classified documents.
Note: This may become a sticky-wicket as the DNI office is an appointee of the POTUS who is A&C by the Senate.
There is some debate over whether POTUS can declassify [DECLAS] documents classified by actions of the Congress.
Schiff is likely going to assert “harm to congressional oversight” in opposition to any release.
But, again, Durham.
