Note: This may become a sticky-wicket as the DNI office is an appointee of the POTUS who is A&C by the Senate.
There is some debate over whether POTUS can declassify [DECLAS] documents classified by actions of the Congress.
Schiff is likely going to assert “harm to congressional oversight” in opposition to any release.
But, again, Durham.

The President is the final authority on classification, even stuff classified by Congress. He has the power to make it happen.
