Fifty-two percent of Republican voters in Alabama favor Tommy Tuberville, while 40% support former Senator and Attorney General Jeff Sessions in the GOP runoff election for the U.S. Senate, a new Cygnal poll reveals.
Tuberville, the former head football coach at Auburn University, will face Sessions in the March 31 runoff.

Let me re-phrase my previous post -
Senator Sessions was a strong conservative representative, and as Trump’s AG, Jeff Sessions did some good work wrt illegal immigration enforcement. So he still has my support for his senate run right now.
However, I would very much like to ask him what had he learned from his short stint as Trump AG. Before I will change my opinion one way or another.
Every GOP senate win weakens the power of Romney and off again on again friend S. Collins.

I don’t blame anybody, I just chalk it up to Trump not knowing DC, and in any HUGE job like POTUS it would take him a while to get his feet planted firmly on the ground!!! Obama made it worse for Trump than ANY other POTUS when leaving office, he weaponized the entire government making it impossible for the new administration to do their jobs effectively!!! Sessions was not the right person for the job!!!

The trouble with Sessions is that he was NEVER IN SESSION when he was needed the most.
He could have initiated major investigations into the Steele Dossier/Fusion GPS/Perkins-Coie/DNC/Hillary criminal conspiracy years ago, but didn’t.
The same for the FISA court problems, the Deep State conspiracies of Page-Strzok-Ohrs, Yates, McCabe, Comey the Insane, Brennan the Traitor, Clapper the Silent Bell, Weissmann the Machievelli of DOJ and Rosenstein the Useless.
