Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., told "Special Report with Bret Baier" Thursday that if Attorney General William Barr believes the president's tweeting is getting in the way of Barr's work, Trump should follow the attorney general's cue.
"The president made a great choice when he picked Bill Barr to be the attorney general," McConnell told host Bret Baier. "I think the president should listen to his advice."

This was a tag team. First Barr and then McConnell. How many interviews does McConnell give? Very few. Yet he chose to run to Fox to undermine POTUS and defacto support the coupists inside Main Justice.
This episode is very instructive and shows the utter lack of support POTUS receives from his own party.

If McConnell really would have wanted to undermine Trump he would have pushed his own caucus to allow witness at the impeachment trial.

But, the Washington establishment has promised to solve illegal immigration, missing jobs, poverty, etc. for 50 years; and they have made no headway. The only thing they’re good at is raising taxes and taking freedom. So,If they can start doing that, then maybe Trump won’t have to tweet so much

McConnell didn’t want witnesses because it was bad for the GOP Senators like Collins and Gardner. Witnesses bring viewers. His calculation on witnesses had exactly nothing to do with POTUS.
Frankly, it’s obvious he couldn’t care less about POTUS and has done exactly nothing to help Trump fight against the coup. In fact he has enabled it time and again. In this interview he kneecapped President Trump’s position. With Republicans like that who needs Democrats?
Wait a few days and see who knows what. Throughout the 2016 cycle when something happened my chant was “wait 8 days.” Typically things became clear or were overcome by other events in less that half that time.

The idea that everyone can comment on Stone’s case execpt for POTUS is hilarious. So he’s not supposed to comment on the jackbooted FIB SWAT raid on a 70 year old couple? Nonsense. They don’t call the GOP the doormat party for nothing. Trump fights back and it drives the do-nothing GOPe eunuchs crazy.

Barr is trying to undermine the works of the coup plotters.
Trump’s Tweets are not helping.
They instead are helping to give the public impression that Barr is not doing as the DOJ should, but just doing what is political choices of Trump. I think what Barr is doing is serving the President because they are the right things to do, and instead of making it look like Barr is merely doing favors for Trump, Trump should quit Tweeting about the stuff.
McConnell should have kept his mouth shut as the Fake News tries to stab the President in the back once again.
I don’t remember hearing a peep out of Linda Graham or McConnell when Obama and his self-appointed “wing-man” Eric Holder, were caught shipping guns to the drug cartels in Mexico, with which they assassinated hundreds of Mexicans and two of our Border Patrol agents. Those two worked together like Siamese twins, and it was A-OK with everybody, even when murder was involved.

How so? Please name ONE substantive action Barr has taken to engage the coup plotters.
The “Barr” DOJ is recommending Stone spend many years in prisson. And criminal Democrats? McCabe was referred nearly two years ago proseuction. And what have we gotten from the “Barr” DOJ there? Nothing.
The proof is in the pudding as they say.
