Trump has every right to say or tweet anything he wants to at anytime he wants to. He’s not the problem. His so-called supporters trying to be PC is the problem.

Then why is President Trump complaining on Twitter? He can just fire them all tomorrow and replace them with his own appointees.

The president did not complain on Twitter

He expressed an opinion on sentencing that carries no legal weight

But sadly, far too many on this side are more than happy to imitate the Obama Cult of Personality, and pretend that this President is the Savior, and is incapable of any improvement.

You couldn’t be more wrong. It’s always been about policy with Trump. Illegal immigration and unfair trade in particular.

Here he is dirctly fighting the ongoing coup that obstructs the MAGA policies we voted for. Meanwhile, Barr and Mcconnell give them aid and comfort. They are attempting to obstruct our agenda with their continued attacks on POTUS.

If the CEO of McDonald's got on Twitter and complained that McDonald's hamburgers taste like crap, you'd come to two conclusions:

1. Stay away from McDonald's hamburgers.

2. The CEO of McDonald's is a pathetic, ineffective leader of his organization.

I'm really surprised that a lot of smart Freepers don't see this staring them in their faces. For some reason they insist on acting like President Trump is a pro wrestler who is subservient to the referee inside the ring and the WWE management outside of it.

McConnell’s GOP Senate has already publicly threatened POTUS not to fire one AG. Barr has complete top cover from them and you know it.

President Trump had quite a few options to name a U.S. Attorney General in an interim capacity if he felt hamstrung by the Senate.

That's how Matthew Whitaker ended up serving in that role after Sessions left -- right?

He should shut up and keep confirming judges.

Trump tweets just tweaks the left. The point was that Barr’s comments to the media gives them more headlines and fuels the agenda of the DUmocrat-loving carpies.

Off base.

Trump’s tweets about the Stone case were not disrupting the media narrative, nor disruptive to it. They WERE disruptive to Barr trying to do what the DOJ should do and Barr trying to make it clear that THAT is what he is doing, not merely acting to appease a political demand from Trump. Trump’s tweets make it look like Barr is lying, that Barr is actually just doing what the media thinks he is doing - running a political DOJ.

Do you have any evidence he isn’t?

“The “Barr” DOJ is recommending Stone spend many years in prisson.”

Barr did not recommend that, which is the whole point of the DOJ prosecutors on the case resigning, because Barr reversed their excessive sentencing recommendation in the Stone case. He reversed them because those prosecutors in doing what they did were going against the much lighter sentencing recommendations they had already agreed to with their superiors at DOJ HQ. Barr was doing what he should do - reversing the decision of four rogue DOJ prosecutors who thought THEY alone were the DOJ.

Barr did exactly what Trump in particular wanted him to do, but he, Barr, was doing so because it was the right thing to do, not merely to serve Trump.

Trump’s Tweet FEED the media narrative on the case, not disrupting it but feeding it; that Barr is not doing justice but merely serving Trump for Trump’s political reasons.

“He just let McCabe off.”

No. I think Barr stayed out of it.

Maybe he shouldn’t have. But maybe there is another shoe yet to drop on McCabe from other DOJ sources, besides those arising from the ethics investigation by the OIG.
