Many San Franciscans appear to have character issues, and it’s their problem.

Another reason not to go to California.

Any policeman who remains on the police force of any major city in this country deserves no sympathy anymore because it is clear that the only thing motivating them is just bloody money. Certainly not duty or honor for defending the people of these leftist schittholes because the people and their elected representatives hold the police in utter contempt.

Isn’t that what people on Free Republic are all about? You vote for people who will give you the kind of government you want. That’s what San Francisco wants. That’s what they got. Here we are, running around, saying that they are nuts. If it debilitates social order in their community, that’s what they want, even if it hurts, short-term. Don’t forget, “... the issue is never the issue. The issue is always the revolution.”

I’ve a couple of good friends in the SFPD, and they have wondered if Boudin will survive his term.

If they get him, I won't even bother with that "speak no ill of the dead" nonsense. I'll party like it's 1999.

“...even if it hurts, short-term...”

So you think, long term, everything will be OK with what they’re doing???

He will survive his term. Because the people who know he should be gone are not the type of people who will pull the trigger.

The type of people who would pull the trigger are the same people who have no desire to see him gone.

The Rank and File in Chicago are furious with Kim Foxx on a daily basis - there isn’t anything they can do about it until the next election.

Don’t forget Baltimore and St. Louis. Soros financed a number of these commies. These cities are going to get all the crime they deserve. I hope all the cops quit.

I don’t think so. Cops know they are disliked by many and hated by some. They accept that as part of the job. For many police officers, the job is a calling to protect people. Every time there is a story about a cop doing something bad, people act as if this means all cops are bad. Nothing could be further from the truth. In case you haven’t guessed, someone near and dear to me is in law enforcement. I’m just happy is no longer a street cop wearing a uniform that would make him a target.

The question is how many rank and file officers will remain in San Francisco and how few will apply to be officers with continued crap like this from this communist son of terrorists DA?

Ad hominem stuff creates animosity where there is none, except, of course, that it makes one feel really good, as it would to the adolescent mind. Very long-time reader, here, but just not ticked-off enough to post, until recently. Guess I have been officially welcomed as a newbie poster. How thoughtful.

We jump up and down and call the left, “insane” and congratulate each other for agreeing with ourselves. Meanwhile, the left totally ignores our self-congratulatory rantings and relentlessly proceeds. They don’t care that they may look insane to us. They don’t care if they have to live in filth. They’ll put up with it, “short-term” because in the long-term, they have advanced the revolution and we will still be jumping up and down about how stupid they are, that is, until we can no longer even do that. Witness college campuses. Did the last line in my post mean nothing to you?

To writer Joel Pollak. The Senate Internal Security Subcom, Sen. Judiciary Committee, found the Weather Underground Organization/aka Weathermen, to be a domestic terrorist organization.

Skip the baby talk about “which the FBI calls a terrorist organization” crap.

Read Larry Grathwohl’s book “Bringing Down America” if you want an insider’s report, plus his SISS testimony about the WUO. He was the FBI’s top inside operative in the WUO. I had peripheral contact with the budding WUO just before they when berserk in Chicago, 1969. Met a number of their leaders. Some were outright batshit crazy. Others, like Mark Rudd, played it cool and cagey, esp. on college campuses.

FYI: He is one Marxist radical who is responsible for the growth of communism/Marxism in New Mexico, where he set up an organization roughly entitled The Southwest Project, which may have become the SW Voters Project later on.

Oh, I did see Kathy Boudin and Bill Ayers at a major communist front operation. Ayers was and still is a nasty psychopath, while Dorn, his wife, Bernadine Dohrn, played it cool despite the fact that she too was a psychopath.

Re Impala64ssa (a great car); Leonard Boudin, Kathy Boudin’s father, was identified as a secret member of the Communist Party USA (citation, a rare footnote in a Sen. hearing on Passport issues, about 1952 or so). He was also one of the CPUSA’s top defense lawyers, a leader of their early legal front, the National Lawyers Guild, a key lawyer in almost every lawsuit against internal security laws, organizations, and Vietnam war powers. He’s in a book entitled “Radical Lawyers”, selected articles by the top red legal beagles and their apprentices.
