Embattled royal Prince Andrew announced Wednesday he was stepping back from public duties “for the foreseeable future” in the wake of a “car crash” of an interview about his longtime friendship with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
“It has become clear to me over the last few days that the circumstances relating to my former association with Jeffrey Epstein has become a major disruption to my family’s work and the valuable work going on in many organizations and charities that I am proud to support,” Andrew said in a statement released by Buckingham Palace.
Facing a wave of criticism, the Duke of York announced he had sought permission from the Queen to “step back from public duties for the foreseeable future,” and went on to apologize to Epstein’s victims.

They Royals aren’t tax-exempt. Even the Queen has been subjected to income and capital gains tax since 1992.

Andrew’s moniker has been “Randy Andy” for as long as I can remember. His problems didn’t start with Epstein.
I’m a huge fan of the Queen but maybe she should have stayed home with the kids more. She’s paying the price of being a good Queen!

I read that Fergie advised him to do the interview. If that is true and he listened to her, he is as dumb as a post!
IIRC, he was having flings while he was married to Fergie. Of course, age was never mentioned. The daughters were only about 6 and 8 when they divorced. In recent days, he said he couldn’t have had sex with Epstein’s girl because he was out getting pizza with Beatrice. Strange how pizza always comes up in these sex with minors stories.
Talk about creepy, he invited Epstein to Beatrice’s 18th birthday.
Creepy Prince may have a lot more in common with Uncle Creepy and son than we thought. Handsy pervs, extra marital affairs and boat loads of money from interesting sources.
