I don't agree that the House of Representatives should have the power to determine what is considered a High Crime or Misdemeanor as evidenced by the corruption we are witnessing.
At that level, such a decision should only be made by the Supreme Court...........I truly believe that the founders of our constitution never gave a SERIOUS thought to how corrupt one political party could become as we are witnessing today........
