We all know they plan to come up with one accusation after another to keep this thing going right up until election day. However, no matter what they’ve tried, and will try, the President’s base has proven to be bulletproof. Also, they’ll try to use this nonsense to undermine the President in other ways. If RBG goes slab surfing, the mantra will be: “we should not consider any Supreme Court nominee put forth by Trump while he remains under an impeachment inquiry.”
I’m old enough to remember when San Fran Nan and the Democrats didn’t think that felony perjury in a Federal judge’s face was an impeachable offense...
