Senate Democrats are attempting to repeal an IRS regulation that is designed to keep people from exceeding the $10,000 limit on state and local tax deductions.
Democrats will force a vote, scheduled for Wednesday, to overturn the regulation through the Congressional Review Act, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer told The Associated Press on Tuesday.

This must really be putting some hurt on the blue strongholds. That deduction was probably for some the only way they could afford to live in those states.
This needs to be defeated. Red State taxpayers have been paying for Blue state spending sprees because of this ability for their taxpayers to deduct their state taxes off their fed taxes.
Let the Blue State scum pay their own state socialist spending instead of shifting it to the Federal Taxpayers.
