Hunter Biden will face off against an Arkansas woman who claims he's the father of her one-year-old child, according to court documents exclusively obtained by DailyMailTV.
The hearing will address issues of DNA testing and temporary child support, and is set for December 2 in Independence County, Arkansas.
Lunden Roberts, 28, filed a petition for paternity and support in May, alleging Hunter was the biological father of her baby, asking the court to 'establish paternity' while seeking child support, health insurance and legal fees.
Hunter, 49, has previously denied all allegations and demanded the suit be tossed.

I swear that place has no moral compass. I lived there for a year. Coming from a college town I thought I had seen it all, but that place.....crazy.
If you have money, that’s a huge plus. Age makes little difference as long as you don’t look like “dad”. I saw more older men, with really young and very good looking women than any other big city I’ve lived or visited.
If you are a doctor or lawyer (yes I know its a cliche), that’s a plus. There are plenty of younger grad school types and “staff” who are husband hunting.
The city is full of bars, happy hour is a way of life, very “normal” - 7 days a week, and there always is a reason to go to happy hour any day of the week.
There are numerous parties and social events (with a ton of alcohol) to hook up at. To get an invite to one of these things IS cool for most younger women.
Doesn’t matter if there was fraud involved. If he is the babies father, he has to paid the support. It’s built into Federal Law at this point and gets to file where ever she wants.
If he would have stuck tothe lickety split, there wouldn’t need to be a DNA test

ok but i think the common practice os to toss used condoms in a trash can instead of requiring every man to carry around a portable mini-incinerator and use it after every intercourse. condoms are commonly regarded, advertised, and used as a birth control method. any woman who goes digging around in a trash can when a man is not looking and then sues a guy for child support is not acting in good faith because she is laying the guy to get a baby while the guy thinks she is just getting her jollies from him and vice versa. that is straight off deception, which is immoral. so imho if the law does not follow the morality of the situation, then the law itself seems immoral. it is imho a form of entrapment. what am i missing?

They want what's best for their kids... so they 'assist' them with getting jobs and power - - above their skill level. 'Born on third - think they hit a triple' children.
The problem is mother nature fights the effort...
There's a natural regression toward the mean going on... High IQ... high power people DO NOT throw those exceptional genes to all - or even 'most' of their kids.
So over time empires are ruled by petulant jerks with limited ability. And it all starts to fall apart. The 'swamp' tricks to keep power start to fail.... In business it means the family business fails. In politics it means the country fails.

anyway can an arbitrary mother file a claim against an arbitrary guy for child support? if so, does that arbitrary guy have to provide a dna sample? and what if he has a full brother from the same parents? or a male twin? how to prove the brother is not the father if the dna is identical or similar? i am just wondering. in the extreme, yet another reason not to fool around i suppose.

also what if the mother told the man that she had her tubes tied but in fact she had not done so?
