Not all heroes wear capes. That’s a saying that’s tossed around a lot for feel-good moments. In Colorado, one woman flatly rejected Bob O’Rourke’s proposal to confiscate firearms, telling him to his face that she’s an AR-15 owner and there was no way the government was taking it away from her. The funny thing about Bob is that he thinks his proposal will be successful because Americans would just comply. And this also circles back into the notion that liberals have zero sense of history other than saying that the Founders were evil racists whose statues should be removed and erased from the books because that’s problematic.

Most will comply- but gun confiscation is not going to be door to door sweep- it’s gonna be case by case so that people won’t get all up in arms and resist in mass numbers- When a policeman goes out on a call, investigates the home or car and finds a ‘banned weapon’- that person then becomes an instant felon who can never own a firearm again- There will be no ‘strong protections for due process’, because most people won’t have the funds to fight in court- and even if they did- the gun will still be banned- and they will be ‘breaking the law’ according to the constitution ignoring left-
They are already doing this in several states- and we’ve seen only one case of a person refusing to surrender their weapons and get murdered for it-
As soon as democrats get back in office- they will enact red flag laws-
Beto implied that women should let themselves be raped and hope the rapist doesn’t kill them after rather than having a gun to defend yourself because he says that the attacker would take the gun away and use it on you after.

There has been less than 10% compliance in states that are trying to ban semi-auto rifles.
we’;re not talking about the amount of compliance, we’re talking about what happens when police discover a ‘banned weapon’ inside your home or vehicle- As stated- it isn’t going to be door to door sweep to confiscate guns- it’s about creating felons out of gun owners on a case by case basis, which btw will get much worse when red flag laws are enacted-
Many states people are becoming felons for not complying- There was an article just yesterday stating that red flag complaints have resulted in people being arrested for having banned guns
