Just like each House of Congress has the express constitutional authority to expel a member on a two-thirds vote, until patriots wise up and get rid of the constitutionally undefined, 12th Amendment-ignoring political parties, ordinary citizens need to likewise have the power to expel political party members who are operatives for the other party.
After all, corrupt Congress cannot be trusted to expel bad-apple members. Desperate Democrats need the votes.
