Greta Thunberg, the Swedish child activist who doesn't know much, but is very certain of what she's saying, is having her heyday in the U.S., fiercely putting on her 'I won't eat those peas' face for the camers, telling the U.S. Congress they're not trying hard enough, leading a giant global protest today, and getting hailed as the child savior of the earth.
Just one glitch here. Her home nation of Sweden, yes, you read right, Sweden, isn't buying the global warming claptrap anymore. Mark Morano over at Climate Depot has found a damning survey.
An international opinion poll published today reveals that half of the UK population and most European citizens are sceptical about the conventional climate alarm.
Despite blanket coverage of the antics of Greta Thunberg and Extinction Rebellion on the BBC and elsewhere in the media, just 51% of Britons think that mankind is the main cause of climate change.
And as the poll reveals, a majority of Europeans, including two thirds of Scandinavians, are dissenters from the climate “consensus”.According to GWPF director, Dr Benny Peiser, the general public is hard to fool:
“The public can tell when they are on the receiving end of a hard sell. The more climate alarmists scream about emergencies, the more the mainstream media shut down any dissent, the less convinced the man in street will be.”
So let's break down the chart here.
Thirty-six percent of Swedes think climate change is man-caused. Forty-eight percent think the climate is changing and humans only partly responsible. Eight percent say the climate is changing and it's not people doing it. Two percent say it's not changing at all.
Greta's a proud member of the Swedish 36%. The other Swedes are in varying degrees, skeptical, some very skeptical indeed.

Oh you are wrong, we can totally measure the temperature of the entire earth to three significant figures even though 70% of the planet is ocean, and most countries do not have the infrastructure, and the thermometers are only accurate to a degree or so, and the weather station at Furnace Creek, death valley is a perfect proxy for the sierras etc

Sorry, I don't like to call you out but you are simply wrong. Earth's climate has always been changing and will continue to do so. 35,000 years ago there was a mile thick sheet of ice where I am sitting. Today, the temperature is in the high 80s. The climate sure is different. Within the span of recorded human history we have the Roman Warm Period and the Medieval Warm Period where the world was warmer than it is now. Vikings raised cattle in Greenland in the 12th Century. You can't do that today because it's too cold.
So don't say the climate is not changing. The point is that humans have minimal impact on it, and we couldn't stop the change no matter what we do.
When I need scientifically correct information on the climate or anything else, the first person I contact is always going to be a MENTALLY RETARDED CHILD.

She's a child.
She lacks both the education and experience to have developed any meaningful insights on her own. Therefore virtually everything that comes out of her mouth, every idea in her head on topics related to climate etc. were put there by someone else.
She's not some climate warrior or savior or anything. She's a prop, she is being used by others who have told her exactly what to say. She's reciting a performance. So when you look at her don't think "How sweet, she's trying to save us from ourselves." Instead see the mouthpiece for someone or several someones with a lot of money, few if any morals, and no qualms about using children to advance their agenda. We shouldn't be inspired by her performance, we should be repulsed by the manipulative nature of it.
It’s NOT CLIMATE CHANGE (human caused or otherwise), it’s just WEATHER.
You just have to learn to think in a different time frame; Planet Earth thinks in a 10 to 100 million year time frame, you puny humans can only think in terms of hours, days, or at most, a few years.
To Planet Earth an ice age (10 to 20 million years) is just a little fall or spring snow storm.
A planetary warming period is just late spring or summer to the planet.
We should all remember summer is a lot shorter than winter, and winter is coming.
She does look quite a bit like Hermine Braunsteiner (the Mare of Majdanek).
And probably 95% of their monitoring station are on asphalt pavement/asphalt roofs, or at the outlet ducts of air conditioners.
The ones I love the most are the ones at airports, where they measure the the thrust temps of jet exhausts.
These are just the little things they don’t tell you.

More accurately, there has been no change in the climate recently. None. At all. The temperature is what it has been in modern times.
The first thing these Luddite liberals convince you is that there has been temperature changes. They do that by hiding the lie behind loads of propaganda until you repeat that there is climate change, but then you argue about why it has changed.

The rise in temperatures was first reported using thousands of sensors across the globe. Literally. Thousands and across the globe.
What wasn’t reported was that these temperature sensors were not scientific sensors. They were temperature sensors placed by various people and placed next to hot air conditioners, on hot roof tops, near hot freeways, etc.; in all sorts of places where the temperatures would be hotter.
Two British idiots, who call themselves scientists, used the inaccurate ground temperature database and published it as verified facts. That database has been the source of all claims about global warming. When any inquiry is made about the source of data of that inaccurate database, the liberal Luddites turn to silly distractions like polar bears or glacier melts as proof of global warming; never addressing that temperature database issue.
When it was reported that the database used those unscientific temperature sensors, the liberal Luddites’ phrase of ‘Global Warming’ turned to ‘Climate Change’, not wanting to directly discuss temperatures.
How the global temperature is actually measured is through satellites. The first being the DMSP military weather satellite in 1962. It had a temperature sensor that measured the Earth’s temp at about a 1 kilometer resolution. DMSP has been doing that and more ever since.
The DMSP program found between 1962 and today, a 0.02 degree Fahrenheit cooling. No warming at all. When that became public, the DMSP data was classified and taken from public view. (I’m an Air Force space systems dood very familiar with DMSP).
Most other space programs from foreign nations and NASA are new and cannot provide the 50+ years of data needed to show that has been no warming. When asked for all the data from those satellites, their databases are “adjusted” upwards for “temperature accuracy”. Raw data is rarely, if ever, available.
That is how we got to this ‘global warming’ and ‘climate change’ fiasco; liberal Luddites and their lies.
