The polls are in, and here’s who won the second Democratic debate
vox ^ | Aug 6, 2019 | Andrew Prokop

Last week’s second Democratic debate did little to change the race — Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, and Elizabeth Warren continue to be the top candidates, per new post-debate polls.

i apologize for posting vox here, but they were actually the most objective of the websites and news services analyzing the post-debate polls, as most were basically shilling for their favored candidate, falsely proclaiming that so-and-so "surged" in the polls ...

Indeed, looking at the RCP poll average, there was little change in polling values following the July debates.

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2020/president/us/2020_democratic_presidential_nomination-6730.html#polls

It appears the debates are still having very little impact on the national polls, and poll results are still based almost purely on past name recognition, not even the recent fake name recognition that the dying lying fake stream enemedia was desperately (and unsuccessfully) trying to gen up for numbnuts like Beto and Buttigigity.

To me, it's an interesting question as to WHY the debates are having so little impact so far. Is there a general lack of interest because it's too early in the election season or because the format of having a gazillion Lilliputian undercard candidates with no chance of winning are clogging up the conversation? Of is it because NONE of the Dem candidates are appealing, engaging or exciting to the Dem base? Or maybe some other reason ...

Wow, people who would vote for any of those schmucks should be put in a safe place to weave baskets.

I thought Tulsi was a bit hit?

Or was the poll influenced by the Harris campaign?

Interesting post and article so thank you for sharing. I’d say the answer to your questions are YES.. Universally. Everyone knows exactly who these Marxists are so there will be little swaying of opinions until someone really falls on their face in public where it can’t be covered up.

The debates are actually mining for a message.

The democrats have no message and the American people are not buying into their rhetoric, so they continue to "debate" to develop a "language" ... a "platform"

The only debate is whether any of them can even dress themselves. All are communist drones with Chicom loyalties and uniparty corruption.

How can any white male vote for these hateful dems. When they blame you the mean total destruction and they are after the white men. They not only disagree with you they claim you are evil. They destroy what they claim is evil. Wake up white men. You are going to be destroyed by the people you are supporting. How can you continue to vote these people into office. You are fools.

“I thought Tulsi was a big hit?”

like some of the other non-entity candidates, she was a big hit with some in the media, but the polls didn’t budge ... and quite frankly, they should have, because she’s dangerous for being different: military service, avowed patriot, SOUNDS reasonable, etc.

but the fact that the polls DIDN’T budge pretty much tells me the Dems are not paying much (if any) attention to these debates right now ...

“Because nobody is watching them.”

well, their ratings dropped 43% from the June “debates” to the July “debates”, so there’s quite a bit of truth in what you say ... will be interesting if the numbers drop even more in September ...
