Don’t expect consistency from government, of course, especially the federal government.

The most egregious recent example is the killing of endangered species of birds, for example eagles.

A friend of mine works for the local utility. They were erecting new power lines over federal land, which involves both ground work preparing the footings and helicopter flights carrying the large towers and putting them in place. There was a full-time federal inspector on site, whose only job was to watch the airborne work to see if any birds, especially eagles were killed. Some were, it was inevitable when helos are hovering all day.

Each fine was in the tens of thousands of dollars and required a huge amount of paperwork and hassle. According to my friend, the inspector was a woman who was possessed with the fervor of her mission to save sweet and dear flying creatures from the ravages of humanity and toxic masculinity.

But wind turbines in California are given a pass. It is estimated that windmills kill 2,000 golden eagles in our state alone. And where is the demon-possessed government inspector? Nowhere to be found. As for the fines, forget it. Liberals love wind power.

We now need to permanently criminalize the clipping of hatchery fish dorsal fins!

There is no legitimate reason for doing it.

Two issues: the clipped fin is usually the pectoral rather than the dorsal, and the presence of unclipped non-native fish indicates that the stocked fish are breeding. That is a legitimate reason, to monitor the success of a stocking program.

Oh yeah she is... she just Raised my Property Tax by $65 per month and cannot be questioned nor be confronted. I have to go before a Judge and it (The Judge) Knows Nothing and Cares even Less and yet will hear every word/syllable typed or uttered by that Fat Know Nothing POS (whose Name may never be mentioned and her findings never questioned in Open Court).

I just paraphrased the above from a letter that I just got from the County... basically saying Fight it if you want to, we don’t have to show or prove anything, we will not be there, just give your Testimony to a Judge ... and PS You will be Sworn In (they don’t have to Swear In, because they won’t be there)

Then that same Fat Bitch (in your picture) will still be doing anyone’s bidding to you or others while you are in Court and she will still be UNACCOUNTABLE and the Judge still doesn’t Care.

It’s just BS to find gates to Federal Forests padlocked just before hunt season!!

God invented the cordless Sawzall for a reason. Bring two batteries.

In 2014 I went up against US Fish and Wildlife

I've seen US Fish and Wildlife equipment compounds.

WHOLE LOTTA taxpayer dollars sitting there for our US Fish and Wildlife Masters when they want to go out and play.

Believe me when I say: “There are cameras in the trees around the gates that the USFS believes maybe violated by hunters with saws.” Beware!

I noted to several friends a couple of years ago that one is not safe from video surveillance in the Back Of Beyond any more.

This while changing out the video cards in their game cameras just before hunting season.

Digital storage is cheap.

Regarding California: I’d make an exception and let Trump declare California a Federal restricted area from normal people.

“It’s just BS to find gates to Federal Forests padlocked just before hunt season!! Or even worse locked up 365 days a year.

One of our younger relatives lived in the Portland, Oregone area during the Clintoon years.

He was in the food business and worked weekends. So he took Monday and Tuesday off.

His outdoor sanity was mountain and trail bike riding on his off days.

So one day, he found all of his bike riding trails locked up by one of the Clinton’s take away unless you owned horses and rode them on their trails.

He was complaining, and we told him that was his reward for voting for Clintoon. Then, asked we him how many average Americans could afford to have a horse to ride?

That was the beginning of his becoming a conservative.

Careful now, I still live in CA with my wife and three children.

But I would have no problem with you putting barbed wire around Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Sacramento, and having them declared sanctuary cities from common sense and normal behavior.
