Sounds to me like they fast-tracked this guy thru training to brag on having one of the first Somali officers. I’d blame the force as much as anyone for letting this guy thru training despite some legitimate questions that had been raised. Islam may have had an effect on him but Islam didn’t give him a badge.

All accounts I read when the murder incident happened, was that she walked up to the police car and began talking to the partner. Soon after, the bad cop saw her raise her arm and then he shot her, past his partner's head. Unexpectedly, because he panicked at her arm movement. No reason to murder this lady, as she was discussing the reason for her call to the cops. Yes, there was a conversation.
The settlement should include another provision, that the idiot Mayor resign immediately. She maladies such a big deal about the hiring of this Somali d-ckhead. All the laudatory words she said should be on a perpetual loop if she doesn’t resign on her own.
