Hit the Immigration Issue Hard, Mr. President
Rush Limbaugh.com ^ | April 8, 2019 | Rush Limbaugh

Posted on 04/08/2019 3:25:54 PM PDT by Kaslin

RUSH: Hey. Here I am back at it, folks, and great to be back here with you on the Excellence in Broadcasting Network, Rush Limbaugh here. The telephone number, as always, if you want to appear, 800-282-2882. And the email address, ElRushbo@eibnet.us.

All right. So Kirstjen Nielsen is out. You know, folks, my impression of her was that she was loyal and that she was tough and that she was out there begging for support. And so I was one, I don’t know of how many, that was surprised when I found out she was leaving. Do we know yet whether she was fired or asked – (interruption) She was fired. She didn’t resign voluntarily. She was asked to resign. All right.

It’s really instructive to see how she is being blamed by the Democrats, instead of Trump. She’s become the whipping girl instead of Trump. According to the Democrats and the media, which of course are one and the same, she is a horrible person for allowing Trump to put children in cages, which Trump did not do. I feel like I’m hitting golf balls uphill against the wind here, an impossible thing to do.

Trump didn’t put kids in cages! Obama put kids in cages! All of this, everything that we’re dealing with here that Trump wasn’t able to fix is something held over from the Obama years. And of course the Drive-Bys and the Democrats don’t want anybody thinking that. But every mess this country has, every mess that Trump is attempting to address is something in place because of Obama.

Kirstjen Nielsen didn’t put kids in cages, and Trump didn’t put kids in cages. It was a policy that happened during the Obama years. Now she’s a monster for letting Trump separate children from their parents which Obama and Bush and Clinton all did. This has been an American policy for over 10 years, but it is never become something that was successfully weaponized.

Why would you want to trash Bill Clinton? Why would you want to trash Obama? The media, the Democrats wouldn’t want to do that. So they don’t even report any of that. Of course, the Clintons and the Obamas never wanted to do anything about immigration anyway except keep the borders open. And even George W. Bush in that administration was for amnesty.

So this is the first administration, the Trump administration’s actually the first one to come along to actually respond to public pressure on this. There’s new polling data out from Rasmussen. Sixty-seven percent of the American people are totally opposed to what we’re doing on immigration, and they want it fixed. And nobody in Washington is listening to them, Republican or Democrat, except Trump and the very few supporters on this issue that he has.

Now, I don’t know how many times I have mentioned this — and I’m sorry for those of you who have heard it all these times, I’m gonna mention it again for whatever it’s worth. It’s the Flores agreement that separates children from their mommies and daddies at the border. And you will not hear about this from the Democrats or you will not read or hear about it in the Drive-By Media.

Nielsen and Trump are simply trying to follow the law, and not just the law. The ACLU and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Flores Settlement, which is what causes children to be separated in the first place. Flores, the Flores Settlement — F-l-o-r-e-s, spelled the same way as the old Oakland Raiders coach, Tom Flores, the Flores Settlement caused the current crisis.

You could argue that the phony outrage over the separation of children is why we have the current crisis at the border in the first place. It’s a manufactured crisis. It’s not anything that’s new. It’s been American policy mandated by a decision from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. I don’t care what you think of them, the law is the law, except in immigration. See, we choose to enforce some of it, but then we ignore other aspects of it. It is a mess. It’s an absolute mess.

And I’m gonna tell you something, folks. I don’t for a minute believe that these caravans and this mass exodus of people from Central America and even South America is random and organic. I think this is a plan. It is a plan that has worldwide sponsors that are in cahoots with Mexican drug cartels, and its sole purpose is to put all kinds of economic and societal pressure on the United States to create crisis.

WHY ARE WE ALLOWING CITIZENS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES
WHO ENTER US ILLEGALLY GRANT THEM RIGHTS
THAT THEIR COUNTRY DENY US HAVING
WHEN WE ENTER THEIRS LEGALLY TO VISIT OR RETIRE ???
In the hundreds of postings here in Free Republic rarely is this brought up. It’s Known As Reciprocity. We treat Mexican citizens the way they treat Americans when we go there

The issue of sovereignty should not be allowed to get twisted into being propagandized as “White Nationalism”. Use of that term is usually directed when the immigration issue is brought up to devalue of the protections an American citizen have by being one. When allowing the hoards illegally entering the US through the Mexican border avoid enforcing the reciprocal 2nd class treatment that American citizens get while legally residing in Mexico which of course also includes denial of voting privileges..

Today’s so called democrats insist Americans must allow illegals storm in here by the hundreds of thousands despite their cost to us of billion$ in tax dollars, which is never enough. Tax money that should be going to our citizens for their sustenance, health, education, and housing even infrastructure needs. But Americans must do the tax flagellating punishment because we’re the very rich United States and must divert those billion$ to fill the needs of those poor illegals plus give them the right to vote. Sustained by our tax money which our children’s children if not aborted will be paying for.

What never gets mentioned in all of this is the lacking reciprocal treatment. If we applied that policy Because when an American citizen ever tries getting any of those handouts including voting when going to where the great undocumented come from That would never happen. Would this continue ?

That’s just a corollary concern.

The real question is why do illegal aliens get rights in THIS country that are not given to citizens? Like the right to commit a serious Federal crime and not only not be prosecuted, but actually be REWARDED for it?

If Trump is sincere he would jeopordize his continuace in the presidency and go for boroke. He needs nothing in life.

We almost certainly will not survive this invasion of people who will stay here, as America was founded.

But dont forget that there are other great, but neglected, issues available to get you re-elected: voter fraud; sex changing kids; confiscatory taxation; decsyind cities; anarchy in the schools; high cost mainline colleges; socialistic, high-cost, assembly line medicine; racial quotas; high cost energy; assaults on small business; and many others.

It’s time we consider illegal entry by any person who is a non Mexican citizen illegally entering the United States through the US Mexican border a defacto Mexican citizen with limited Mexican constitutional rights subject to their laws while transiting. As well as any Mexican citizen entering illegally exempting those who do so legally and meet US citizenship requirements. All subject to reciprocal citizen treatment a citizen of the United States receives in Mexico through the Mexican constitution on citizenship .

Besides being unable to vote one must also be a citizen to own land and Mexico is very restrictive about granting citizenship. Because of that a US citizen besides not being able to vote, and cannot have title in their name to any land property in Mexico. And until that is changed the US and the affected state should consider making that reciprocal. Prohibiting any illegal entrant employment, voting, and land ownership privileges fully enforced ..
In other words Sneak into this country before expulsion no job no voting no landowning ..

Rush was terrific today. He senses the urgency we all feel. I think DJT is finally taking advice and council from El Rushbo. And I like it.

YES?
OKay!

The Demonic-Rats have no intention of fixing any of the loop holes, like 'catch & release,' so I think we can anticipate over 500,000 illegal aliens will be released into our country before this summer's end.

I think President Trump should immediately order deportation to ALL illegals subject to deportation! I think THAT ALONE might send a message!

Round 'em up! Deport 'em!

Glad Rush finally discovered this issue after sitting by utterly silent while the worthless Dubya did so much damage.

Waiting for Congress to change immigration laws is a waste of time, complaining about Congress not changing the laws is a waste of time, tweeting about Congress not changing immigration laws is a waste of time, and knuckling down to district Federal judges is a waste of time.

However, what will not be as waste of time is invoking the Constitutionally granted powers of the president to stop the illegal immigration crisis.

No one will ever convince me that the power to stop an illegal immigration freaking invasion by the president is not provided for in the letter of Constitutional law.

He was still carrying the water for Bush League Republicans as late as April of 2016, I think it was, when he called Micro Amnestio a “full-throated” conservative.

Good point.

Rush’s crush on amnesty loving Marco Rubio still keeps bubbling up from time to time.

Unfortunately it’s not just illegal immigration that has drastically altered the United States. Most of the destruction has come from the 3rd world chain migration set in motion by the 1965 Hart-Celler immigration act.

“Besides being unable to vote one must also be a citizen to own land and Mexico is very restrictive about granting citizenship”

The entire playing field is completely unbalanced.

In Mexico they see this as completely justified because they are taught the mythology of the evil gringo oil companies who came to steal “their” property until Cardenas nationalized their property. They also think that if they were to allow foreign ownership, they would lose all their land because the gringos would buy all of theirs that was worth anything. They probably have a point with that one.

But it’s more of the same crap: what’s our is ours, what’s yours is negotiable. Reciprocity is the smallest of things we should demand.
