How is it legal, to test for marijuana, and deny someone a job for marijuana use, in a state where it is legal?
If a person is using a legal substance, and is denied a job because of using a legal substance, is it time for lawsuits?
The hippy morons who smoked weed in the 1960s and now made their way on top are largely responsible for the figural idiocracy you see nowadays. Now they want it universally so that the movie would turn into an accurate documentary. And that would insure electing Marxist idiots for years to come.
The problem is that the way they test for pot use is stupid, maybe they should test for ALL Mood altering substances the same way. If you have Used Alcohol or ANY Prescription drug in the Past 2 months you FAIL, then they should drastically Expand their Testing to ALL Management and maybe even Stockholders, just to be fair. Maybe showing up with a Hangover should warrant Immediate Termination also.
Personally I don’t care if you smoke a little weed or drink a little AFTER WORK, Show up clean and Sober and do your job and don’t let you extra curricular activity affect your work habits.

You smoke pot, can’t pass a drug test, that’s your problem not mine. As an employer I will not hire pot users. Ain’t happening. If smokers want to use it, that action has consequences. No job with me.
Anyone who has worked in any business know working with those that are stoned are worthless and are no better than drunks,meth-heads or coke users. The liberal push for pot is for one reason only and that is pandering for votes and wedging the issue against Conservatives.

Why are those in Congress, judges, law-enforcement and teachers not required to submit to random drug test like so many other people in much less critical positions?
I was told by an HR rep for a major corporation that they had to test thirty potential hires to get one that could pass the drug test. This was prior to pot becoming legalized anywhere.
Gee, stoned people teaching your kids, driving their bus, making your food, filling your prescription, performing your surgery, assembling your automobile, flying your plane, assembling and servicing that plane...what could go wrong?
Marijuana has NO affect on people, it’s the same as tobacco. Yeah, say that at 15 thousand feet when the stoned mechanic ‘missing’ a step in maintenance makes you fish food.
Other companies in states that have legalized marijuana are dropping marijuana from their screening .
