I have been praying this prayer almost once a day for many years now.

Although, I just started the latin version recently,

I heard somewhere that the Devil especially hates it in latin.

The problem is, there is no equality under the law, and there isn’t going to he any; citizens no longer have standing, however - foreign nationals, illegal aliens, and unlawful enemy combatants do. Amazing!

This is not an oversight, a mistake, or some minor clerical error by the courts but a conscious, deliberate, incremental and malicious all encompassing series of acts perpetrated against the American people. As such, there is no remedy by pleading for justice to the very people tormenting you.

At some point dems must have been for it since more than 600 miles have already been built. On the other hand only one of 5 vehicles are searched. Sea traffic is insufficiently searched, and the Coast Guard is part of the 800k government employees not being paid. I heard a comment about our drones being insufficient to patrol the border, but what is to stop drug dealers from sailing drug bearing drones right over a wall or steel fence. Money needs to be spent on other methods besides walls and fences for full defense. In fact, terrorists are not coming from Mexico, they are coming from Canada, and 3/4 million illegal aliens are visa stayovers. I believe the 9/11 crew had a few of those involved. What is being spent on finding and deporting them? Oh, and the FBI is another group of government employees not doing much work during the shut down. Dedicating the WHOLE 5 billion to barriers severely misses the mark of all the important things that need to be done. President Trump has done a great job of selling WALL, WALL, WALL to low information voters. Dems have done a poor job of selling all the other important costs for maintaining our internal security.

Blacks who have little access to the kinds of job skills once taught in our high schools are being replaced by the Hispanics who sneak into this country where they can use skills they learned at home but couldn’t get much pay to use there. If our President wants to help any black people or the many poor white people who voted for him, he should get Betsy DeVos to realize that not all students are going to attend college. A lot of them need access to job skills training which has disappeared from our public schools. Surely as a man who has worked with construction he should be able to understand this skill situation and have his cabinet work on the issue.

There is a kind of steel which oxidizes (rusts) to leave a coating which does not further deteriorate. The term Core 10 popped into my brain, but may not be it. Advantages to the steel wall. It is hard to sneak up behind it and plant explosives, or build a ramp, or raise a ladder without someone seeing. I suspect that visual surveillance could be set up at some distance to scan a fairly long section of fence regularly over time. Also, patrols driving along a fence could see what could not be seen driving along a wall. Of course terrorists are coming in from Canada, and by plane and boat, not from Mexico. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that there was a bounty payable to coyotes to turn in Muslim terrorists. Also, I doubt that the drug cartels would appreciate the attention and they play even dirtier than the terrorists.

COR-TEN (U.S. STEEL TRADEMARK)is to what you refer. True, it is an alloy that oxidizes on the surface, but needs no painting. It is stable after several years of weathering. It has both corrosion resistance and tensile strength.

Additionally, a steel wall can be electrified - say with 20,000 volts - sufficient to kill on contact. And, no - I really don’t give a damn if we electrocute these trespassing bastards by the thousands.

Wow, my 80 year old brain can still kick out something I read about 40 years ago. The may have to electrify it, or wire it in some way that signals that tampering is taking place. Tonight I saw a photo of one of these fences where 2 chunks of steel had been taken out of those square vertical fence pieces. On the subject of walls, the Great Wall of China comes to mind. I read that it was not all that effective in keeping “barbarians” from crossing it. It was very effective in some very rough country as a roadway for horses and troops to march to trouble spots. There were towers along the way for surveillance, and for housing troops and horses. Something like that is certainly needed along the border if it does not already exist to service the wall/fence when it is being attacked by crossers. However, the road can be built and serviced on the ground, not built into a wall.
