Pres. Trump is driven by uncommon common sense, same as the founders. In other words, I don’t recall where Trump went to school, but his schooling failed to indoctrinate him.

The problem with Trump is that, unless he reads FRee Republic, he has no choice but to surround himself with institutionally indoctrinated constitutional “experts” imo. So some of his policies are constitutionally questionable imo.

Yes, it’s undoubtedly more complicated then this, but the feds are free to establish or buy unemployment insurance for federal employees, and only federal employees imo.

The individual states, ultimately a given state’s voters, decide their own insurance plans. In other words, federal interference in state sovereignty, including taxing and spending for insurance purposes, is unconstitutional, the problem being that most voters, and evidently the politicians that they vote for, don’t understand this.
