In other words, most federal domestic policy is based on stolen state powers and likewise stolen state revenues, such revenues stolen by means of unconstitutional federal taxes.

So the corrupt feds have not only wrongly stolen state powers, but then prohibit the enjoyment of those powers in the name of politically correct "federal" shutdown.
Two ways to do this.
Shut it down and tell them you don’t care about Democrat/Republican you want a measly 5 billion or no one gets any more money.
Or.
Take the 1.3 billion and only sign the cr for a few months and make them come back again in February.

Shut it down for months if necessary. And do NOT inconvenience citizens as Obama did by erecting barriers. Open air is open. Make the absence of government as painless and invisible as possible. Most of government will still function. The democrat press will spin for democrats and air only hard luck stories of out of work democrat federal employees. Normal Americans cannot feel the pain....they have to be able to witness the media lies.
Post office self funds & can still work when there is a shut down.
My son was in Hawaii during the last shutdown-——couldn’t visit The Arizona.

During one “Shut Down” I had 365 personnel in my unit-—
A mix of GS, WB, etc -—— NOBODY lost a cent.
Shut down the Dept. of Education, HHS, the EPA, park services,...
