Ron Rosenstein is obstructing justice and needs to be held accountable. Period.

The entire leadership in both the FBI and the DoJ need to be fired and replaced and the rank and file members of both need to be strongly reminded to do their jobs and obey their oaths of office or else be fired also.

This is where the rubber meets the road. Rosenstein needs to be fired or arrested or both.

Where is Whittaker? Where is TRUMP?- heights

Trump is the Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Justice and the FBI. He can release any document, any time he wants to. -zeestephen

Exactly! The common demoninator since January 20, 2018 has been our chief executive, President Donald Trump. How long does it take to realize that certain things have been withheld because the president withheld them? If you believe as I do that President Trump is doing what he promised to do, then his strategy and timing have ultimate purposes. The president holds the cards and knows best how to play them.

Shame on house and Senate. Shame on both parties. They are wreckig the country and our principles while doing nothing. They all need to be removed by the voters.

I agree that it would be a toothless body without power to charge wrongdoing but it would shine light on DOJ/FBI corruption and de-legitimize the SC investigation by revealing REAL wrongdoing by Clinton/Obama and their minions and blunt impeachment talk. Also think that Presidential Commissions are only as good as those appointed to do the job. Therefore retired veteran DOJ prosecutors with experience prior to current Clinton/Obama holdovers that are the corrupting influences would be a good place to start instead of politicians.

There is nothing more to be done by the house or the senate and quite frankly it isn’t their jobs. This is on our President and his DOJ to start bringing indictments to the real criminals once and for all. Now ask yourself why hasn’t that happened yet?

Re: “The president holds the cards and knows best how to play them.”

I disagree.

The GOP lost 40 House seats in the last election, and 40% of registered voters think Trump should be impeached.

That’s not a plan.

It’s a political suicide.

What you say is all true, but we’ve repeatedly seen the lame stream media and the entire unhinged left ignore & excuse the inexcusable since bill’s first term, & it’s only getting worse! I do hope & pray for white hat Deus ex machina

// Article: They want to hold the line with this Flynn prosecution. If the judge tosses the charges, which I pray he does, that punches a big hole in the Mueller investigation. Misconduct on the part of Mueller is only the beginning of the problem, >>>but the public embarrassment of having it exposed<<< and thus all other investigations re-examined and called into question will unravel the main purposes of the entire enterprise. //

President Trump has solidified the GOP Senate and is reshaping the USSC and federal courts for the next generation. Firing and retiring Deep State players right and left. Operating with wartime powers under a national emergency declared last December 21. Democrat-controlled House has no power over his next moves, and serves as his political foil going into 2020. President Trump is winning, and America with him.

There is a story out today that Mueller’s team deleted 19,000 messages from Strzok’s phone. Lisa Page’s phone was also wiped. They tried to cover up their collusion and bias in part because they wanted Strzok on the Mueller team - knowing who he is and how he operates, trying to buff the turd to make it appear clean. But we know the truth, this plan has been in motion a long time and Strzok was a big part of the conspiracy before Mueller’s appointment.

So many patterns emerging. They had this conspiracy running during the Obama term, and wanted to keep it alive during Trump’s tenure so voila, appoint a SP and move the plotters to his team. Nothing “independent” about the independent counsel at all.

They did the same thing with Steele. When his usefulness to the FBI was in peril they didn’t want to cut him loose so they just sent him to HRC’s dirty tricks team FusionGPS, where conveniently DOJ’s Bruce Ohr’s wife worked.

There are also patterns in how they ensnared Papadopoulis and Carter Page and others. It is funny to me they want to safeguard their “methods” but their methods are as transparent as heck. They sent Prof. Misfud to plant the idea in PapaD’s head that Trump had “Russian dirt”, then sent the Aussie Ambassador (who had no real reason to meet PapaD at all) to try to solicit that info as an excuse for the warrants. As Dan Bongino explains the warrant on PapaD even though he was a virtual nobody gave them the power to tap not just PapaD but all the people he communicated with and the people they communicated with! So just some lowly Trump adviser living in London was enough to give them the power to wiretap Trump himself. They did this exact same thing to Trump Junior using that Russian lawyer and the scary part about that is they could theoretically blackmail the POTUS by threatening to prosecute his son.

So yes, I pray they expose the misconduct. Mueller is conflicted. Rod is conflicted. They are not independent. They are part of a conspiracy that started before Trump was elected, they tried to whitewash HRC’s crimes and use their power to ensure she got elected, paying for foreign intelligence (whether it was forged or not is immaterial), they deflected the DNC leak into a phony story about Russian hacking without even examining the server or interviewing the DNC office personnel to see if a mole existed (which should be standard protocol - you can’t “blame Russian hackers” without at least investigating if these “Russians” had an insider or two planted in the DNC). I could go on and on. The place is a swamp that can get away with crimes as they project their own crimes onto innocent people purely for the sake of power.

Donald Trump will eventually run out of qualified persons willing to be ruined on his account while he holds onto ostensible leverage.

He has accomplished a great deal, but allowing due process and rule of law to be blatantly abused, and allowing the Constitutional rights of American citizens to be brazenly ravaged is not “winning”.

I do not care if all of them are criminals. They are entitled to due process.

Any of us Trump supporters could be next.
