ABC’s Evening anchor was dancing on his desk when they aired the Napilatano video.
The statement sounded like it came from Acosta or some other non-lawyer. Big factual error. Very big. Very irresponsible for an attorney/judge.

Which one, Mark? Judge nappy head said that Barack Hussein Osama was a natural born Citizen 8 years ago. His legal diatribes have only got worse over the years.
Nappy is a crappy attorney. Most of his opinions are just that opinions that have little legal standing where he shapes the facts to fit his view of the law. Real media ho. Would not be surprised if Fox advised him a few months ago his contract would not be renewed and now he is positioning himself for a job elsewhere.
The judge has been gotten to. It has happened before.
