I've noticed that Napolitano seldom, if I ever, participates with any of the legal panels that appear on Fox News. He usually appears before or after the legal panels do.
I don't think he wants to debate, just ‘’make pronouncements’’ unchallenged by other legal types.

I often wondered just why he was no longer a judge.

I just wish he would keep his weird judicial decisions to himself, instead of leading us in the WRONG DIRECTION.

I used to like Naps - now I think he should take one....permanently from the show. He turned into a raving leftist when he got into a scrape with FOX because he stood by the truth. I can’t remember what the issue was at the time, but Naps got some time off for reprogramming.
