I’ve been doing yoga for two years. Your post makes no sense to me. Please tell me how it’s anti Christian or occult or bad.
Years ago I heard one definition of yoga as meaning “oneness with god.” In India, you may be pretty certain it’s not oneness with “The One and True God,” but the Deceiver. Don’t play with fire.

Why? Are you a Christian?
The yoga positions are prayer positions used for praying to the different deities.
By assuming the position, it indicates an openness to that demon.
You are essentially inviting demonic activity in your life.
Yogis will tell you that you cannot separate the physical from the spiritual aspect.

If you have to ask then you haven’t looked into the history of Yoga and why it’s even practiced in the US.... might do you well to investigate something before you begin practicing it.
I’ve learned anyone already practicing Yoga is very defensive about anyone who would suggest this is the first steps of initiation into “emptying your mind”......
