Years ago I heard one definition of yoga as meaning “oneness with god.” In India, you may be pretty certain it’s not oneness with “The One and True God,” but the Deceiver. Don’t play with fire.

Unfortunately those practicing Yoga will tell you often they don't get into the chants etc..they just learn the ‘exercises’ as they are told it really isn't practicing a faith or spiritual.
