Fire and question and blitz him with a massive investigation. Then consider actual arrest. And then fire whoever is next in line if you don’t trust him either until you have a good replacement for Sessions.
You need the right replacement for Sessions to step in and take charge without giving any of those goons a minute to datamine as boss. Maybe a recess appointment?
