It is clear that Trump Derangement Syndrome is now a chronic illness for a boatload of Republicans. As it was with Reagan, their strategy is to wait it out. Let’s hope that RINO corrupt cronyism never cons American Patriots again.

Another great one from Buchanan was titled The Sea Island Conspiracy. McConnell and other republicans where hanging out with the masters of the universe. One wonders why the likes of this bunch would be hanging out with the heads of Google, Apple, etc. One wonders how many of this bunch were there too. It seems the word conspiracy was very accurate.

“since he seized the presidency”

Very fair characterization by cBS. Not the least bit hyberbolic or over the top.

No, I don’t really see an issue with that, especially as that seems to be exactly what is occurring naturally.

A whole heck of a lot of vagina men and incredibly stupid women need to be swept out of the Republican party though.

To be perfectly honest, I detest the GOP and just about everyone in it (elected members).

I would rather vote for a candidate I agree with 80% of the time (like Trump) who has courage than a candidate I agree with 100% of the time who is spineless.

My sentiments exactly.

Look at so many of the swamp-dwelling losers profiled here. They talked a great game on social issues and then once in power squandered it, miring our country in pointless wars, rampant immigration, and economic misery.

Along comes Donald Trump (not my first choice. In fact, I thought he was a joke candidate in the beginning). He's not particularly Christian. Not particularly enthusiastic on right-to-life issues, traditional marriage, or the 2nd Amendment. Yet, slowly but surely he starts building a base with his simple message, "I'm a winner and we're going to make America great again!" And that confidence was everything!

Hey, reminds me. Is that jerk McCain dead yet?

I'm about wondering if it's time to ask for "proof of life" on McCain. For a guy with inoperable brain cancer, he sure seems to be hanging around a while. My dad was dead less than five months after his similar diagnosis.

I’ve always thought that the “illness” was to inoculate him against criticism or accusations regarding the Mueller investigation. He’s probably up to his eyeballs in it. If he’s “terminal” no one can say crap. Not saying he’s healthy, but doubt he had what they said.

All the Uniparty "Republicans" giving up their seats when they're in the majority is highly suspicious, don't you think?

Either Trump has got something on them about how they were bought - or they're doing the Uniparty's dirty work for them by trying to throw control of the House to their Blue jersey pals.

The Eye of our Scrutiny is upon them...   thinking face

Geldings...quislings...capons...castratos...these are the always-losers repubs. They are so duplicitous, condescending, self-important and headed OUT!

If he was wrong on so many issues, why would you say that he was smart?

Whether members of Congress, governors or state party leaders, they are struggling to fit into President Donald Trump's Republican Party.

They can fit with ease when they understand that Trump is behaving like we have been begging Republicans to act since, at least, 1960.

Push back! Stop apologizing! Be like Trump!

When you do, there will be hope for this country!

This comes from a guy who pulled for Cruz so hard I could hardly breathe. Trump is behaving like I wanted Cruz to behave if he had won. It says right here that Cruz might have lost.

When Trump won this country dodged another bullet. We now need to get every 2016 Trump voter to get to the polls in 2018. It won't finish the job. It will make the job something we can finish.

The Republican Party needs to DIE. We need a True Populist/Nationalist Party, not a party of Traitors sucking on the ***** of the 00001%.
