“[T]he judges condescending attitude [could give] the jury the impression that the prosecutions case is dubious.”
It is dubious, at best, most likely illegal.

The judge should just dismiss the entire case with prejudice, admonish Manafort, and release him. Be done with this.
Besides, wasn't Manaford judged on all of this many years ago?

not a good idea for muller to piss off the judge like that ... judge might render a directed verdict of non-guilty ...
He could be close enough to the end of his career to do just that, and let the chips fall where they may. And as far as Manafort is concerned, well, double Jeopardy kicks in.

I love how, when Mueller was first named, the media sang his praises to the rafters. He was the model of integrity! A brilliant jurist! Why, Saint Robert was the icon of probity!
Now the train wreck his management of this investigation is coming to the light of day.

I have to give it to the dems and their deep state shady friends. They never give up. They fight.
The only fighter we have is Trump. He is carrying the load for Sessions and all the other sniveling republicans.

No Shiite?
Is it possible that we finally have an honest judge?

The prosecutions dubious case could give the judge a condescending attitude.

Why hasnt anybody filed a complaint against Mueller and company and his witch hunt looking for a Trump crime?
To: roses of sharon
He already said, some time back, that he was not a patient person. This is clearly annoying the “urine” out of him.
He might recuse in order not to go bonkers.

Judge Ellis DID apologize today.I saw that. Perhaps he got an offer he couldn't refuse.

If Mueller wants to see a condescending judge, he should look at any of the judges who ruled on Trump EO cases.
True.
But in my opinion the country's worst examples of judges are the FISA court judges. They should all be disbarred for committing or complicit in fraud against not only a sitting President but also the country

Yes he did, but the big question is was he sincere in his apology?
To: bigred44
Either that, or maybe Mueller really thinks he is the Judge’s boss.

The prosecutions dubious case is what will likely give the jury the impression that the prosecutions case is dubious.

The fisa court should be disbanded
