To: Bigtigermike
Loser Mueller again gets flummoxed by an unexpected fly in the ointment of his pre-planned political show trial.

Listening to the prosecution could give the jury the impression that the prosecutions case is dubious.

Their ‘star’ witness is a self-proclaimed criminal that has been caught lying on the stand and to the Special Counsel.

Perhaps Mueller would like to see our list of the number of times HE “violated protocol”...?!?!?!?!

So is this kabuki theatre or is there real animosity between the judge and the prosecution?
They could be posing all this anger at each other to lead us on....
To: Bigtigermike
Not a lawyer, but does this mean the case is stalled until this complaint is resolved?
Is Mueller asking to have this judge removed?
Is Mueller just trying to stall for time or is Mueller trying to draw a more sympathetic (e.g. Deep State judge) this late in the game?
Both? Neither?

I thought the jury was only supposed to look at the facts of a case. The judge’s attitude is not a fact. Therefore, Mule and his team should STFU.

That’ll make the judge nicer to Mueller’s cronies, I’m sure. Because judges love when you file a complaint against them. Sounds like Manafort might go free.

To: Bigtigermike
I suppose he is filing this because he knows that nothing the judge has done constitutes reversal error.

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either satire or opinion. Or both.)
To: Bigtigermike
I was thinking about this yesterday; I was thinking that Judge Ellis probably isn’t acting the way he is “in isolation,” so to speak. He’s probably talking to other judges, and the way he’s behaving is to some extent (I don’t know how much) a reflection of how other judges view what Mueller is doing.
