The Special Counsel Files A Complaint Against Manafort Judge (Ellis)
Sara Carter ^

Special counsel Robert Mueller filed a formal complaint against the judge presiding over Paul Manafort’s tax fraud case this week; claiming T.S. Ellis III violated protocol while ruling against the prosecution’s star witness.

According to Politico, Mueller’s team is increasingly frustrated with the “cranky judge” who has rebuked the special counsel’s office on multiple occasions.

Pity the judge didn't kick Punkboy Mueller in the teeth, and curbstomp his whiny little b*tch Democrat thug assistants.

Wonder if Booby is allergic to hemp?

The prosecution's case could be looked at as "dubious"? Really.....so far, only thieves and liars have testified for the prosecution. The trial is a mockery of our system.

I'm starting to think the only honest person in the bunch is Manafort.

The judge should sanction Mueller and his whole team for contempt.

Get the presiding judge pissed off at you, way to go.

“The case fell apart first hour of day 1 so lets blame and attack the Judge”

They may just need this as a political talking point, to keep their whole collusion narrative alive, if they lose.

Manafort’s acquittal would PROVE collusion in their telling, because (their shills will say) the judge conducted an illegal cover up for Trump/Putin.

Manafort is crooked. I will, however, concede that he may be less crooked than the people arrayed against him.

Robert Mueller: EX-Marine

I know exactly what I wrote above. The man has NO Honor.

It was getting lonely in Jack Murtha's EX-Marine Club.

Good to see that this honorless POS Bobby stepped up to the plate for ol' Mittlicker Jack.

I used to believe there was no ex-Marine. Once a Marine, always a Marine.

Mueller makes me re-think that.

He should never have been on this case in the first place. How can you be the investigator when one of your best friends is likely to be a main witness? And how can you be the investigator when you literally were turned down for a job by the man you are investigating 1 day before being appointed?

Who decides the length of the sentence, the prosecution, the jury or the judge?

I think you're in for a surprise at the end. Because you run a company/organization does NOT mean that you know what is going on with the books.

We have a case right now in my hometown. I've known the owner for 20 years. The situation is much like Manafort - Embezzling and lying by his bookeepers and managers.

“Heard judge Ellis gave his apology to the Mueller thugs.”

You heard Wrong. The Judge said ‘I was Mistaken’ in a matter regarding a potential witness being allowed in the courtroom. The Judge in No-Way Apologized for his comments. Someone on this forum Lying about that.

He corrected his statement and it was heard by the jury. Absolutely no need for an apology.

It's not like "similar" hasn't happened a million times in the courtroom.

The judge should be careful, his wife or kids might be lying to federal agents as I type this.

“...Mueller has run wild for so long he thinks he can do it everywhere...”

Would love to see the judge throw it out of court.

“And as far as Manafort is concerned, well, double Jeopardy kicks in.”

only if charged under state law ... otherwise, Manafort gets scott free ... and even if the judge doesn’t direct a non-guilty verdict, something tells me any sentence he hands down is going to be near nonexistent ...
