Obama could not have usurped the office he was not eligible to hold without the complete cooperation of BOTH parties.
BOTH parties conspired to violate the Constitution.
Not so much the parties conspiring to violate the Constitution, as the media being part of the Progressive ideological identity that holds the Constitution is irrelevant.
If you did not agree with that ideology, you got choked out of national politics fairly quickly.
Democrats elected Trump.
Republicans almost beat him.
yet, the roots of all our current poltical ills rest in the virulent, rampant poltical corruption of the Clinton years. They weaponized everything from Government Statistics, the bureaucracy, the ‘news” media. The damage the Presidency of Clinton did to to our poltical system and our culture are enormous.
The Clintons were mostly a symptom. They woke up enough of the people that there was the Republican revolution of 1994. Then the Media realized that being somewhat “fair” wasn’t good enough to move their agenda forward. They went all out propaganda to get Clinton re-elected.
They traded credibility for votes to maintain political power. Only credibility, once spent, is hard to regain.
With Trump’s election, they had spent their credibility down to a negative level, and they could not stop President Trump from being elected.
So it wasn’t the Clinton’s corruption, it was the willingness of the Progressive machine to aid and abet that corruption.
I totally agree. Even liberal arts schools used to teach reading, writing, and logic.

Obama continues to do everything he can to bleed America to death with a thousand cuts.
I agree in terms that we will not see the 10th Alabama sallying forth against the 70th NY, but what makes civil war is not uniforms or flags, but weapons and devotion to a cause. While devotion to America and its ideals is great do not sell the Red Progressive short. If the 20th century taught us anything it is that the Reds are willing to kill and to die.
Why would there be a war? Is there a war in Europe? They are being systematically destroyed just as we are. The same methods apply in both cases. The Europeans haven’t risen up to do anything. Neither will we.
We still don’t even have a political party to represent us in what’s left of an old shell game. We have no “resistance” movement. No national strategy to secure our union, no militia, no armed patriotic committees, hell 9 out of 10 people on this website would prefer to be flogged in public before involving themselves in any organization that the media would immediately slander as “anti-Semitic”.
It is very simple why there will be NO CIVIL WAR, because we won’t fight one! They will foul our nest with millions of the worlds useless eaters and we will drown in it! We will be swallowed up and buried by a sea of third world illiterates and we will do it surrounded by the worlds most powerful military ever devised! One that we paid for with our own labor for over a century.
No, there will be no Civil War. Just a daily reading of the horrible headlines until the light flickers out.
We have a friend who has set up an online MBA with a key/top MBA university program.
There will probably be a nationwide launch of this program early next year.
Private colleges both online and a combo of online and campus are offering programs in California to train students in 2-3 years versus UC and Cal State 5-7 year degree programs. Employers are hiring the new certificate holding grads.

I like his formulations and sentence construction, but he is rambling everywhere here, citing this and that, like a laundry list of pet grievances.
I think he takes excerpts from other essays and roughly creates an amalgam — even repeating himself at times with, for example, the line “sinners and saints.”
This is like a composite of “the best of” lines from other essays. And though they contribute to the general malaise there is no overarching theme, no central issue like slavery was in the first Civil War.
Maybe there is no overarching theme and it is a cultural war on many fronts. I think — if I had to guess — the overarching theme is the decline or demise of the West or America. That seems sufficiently broad. The decline of the West by the West — the inner rot growing strong enough to change and destroy America.

But, look at his works. Look at him dropping “God” in references from time-to-time. Look at him “God blessing” Planned Parenthood.

Under the “leadership” of Ryan and McConnell control has been an illusion. They have resisted Trump nearly as much as the Democrats have.
If Jordan gets elected Ppeaker, which is a long shot given McCarthy’s entrenched position, there is a ray of hope.
