I agree in terms that we will not see the 10th Alabama sallying forth against the 70th NY, but what makes civil war is not uniforms or flags, but weapons and devotion to a cause. While devotion to America and its ideals is great do not sell the Red Progressive short. If the 20th century taught us anything it is that the Reds are willing to kill and to die.
Especially the earlier 20th century reds. The later 20th century reds have become more yuppiefied and pussified, and likely cannot stomach hard sacrifices. The Millenial reds are even more pathetic.
Current crop of Reds are a bunch of beta male soyboys who will likely run away if they encounter a real fight.
