New Jersey 101.5 has taken its mid-day hosts, Dennis Malloy and Judi Franco, off the air until further notice in light of comments about state Attorney General Gurbir Grewal made during Wednesday's show.
"We are aware of the offensive comments made by Dennis and Judi during today’s broadcast," the station said Wednesday night. "We have taken immediate action and have taken them off the air until further notice. We are investigating the matter and will have further comment shortly."

Very clearly an offensive radio station, with offensive management.
Hopefully these two find better employment after this.

I am surprised they lasted this long since the NJEA took over the station a few years ago.

Dennis was the only star they have. Judy can jump in the lake, she is no one special.
Gearhart was awesome, always was after the NJEA and the corrupt public sector unions, but he just does a pod cast here and there, fell in his home and injured his head a few years ago.

They clearly were trying to say ‘Turbo Man’ in reference to the hero from the Arnold Schwarzenegger Christmas classic Jingle all the way.

IIRC, Grewal is a Sikh name. They are known to wear turbans. They carry ceremonial knives too.
He could have said “I’ll stick with the guy with the knife.”

I see nothing disrespectful in that other than it’s a bit childish...................
Grewal is a Sikh, this one a Democrat.
Funny cause all the Sikhs I know are conservative .... some with family histories serving in our armed forces as far back as WW1.
