They clearly were trying to say ‘Turbo Man’ in reference to the hero from the Arnold Schwarzenegger Christmas classic Jingle all the way.
Too bad he doesn’t wear a cowboy hat...those guys don’t get offended when you call them Cowboy Hat Man.
