Newt Gingrich: Democrats’ latest election strategy? They aim to win by allowing non-citizens to vote
Fox News ^ | July 25, 2018 | Newt Gingrich

Posted on 07/25/2018 11:16:31 AM PDT by jazusamo

In San Francisco, immigrants who are in the country illegally are now eligible to register and vote in school board elections. Of course, this is clearly illegal under the California Constitution.

Article II, Section 2 of the California Constitution says: “A United States citizen 18 years of age and resident in this State may vote.”

However, the pro-illegal immigration, sanctuary state-supporting Democratic majority in the state Legislature has no interest in enforcing the law when it’s being ignored by fellow Democrats.

After all, the long-range plans Democrats have for a ruling majority depend on continuous law- breaking to get enough non-Americans to vote. The Californians who don’t support the radical views of Democrats can simply be eclipsed by non-citizen voters supporting the Democrats.

As the San Francisco ABC News affiliate reported, the county’s District 7 Elections Supervisor Norman Yee said: ”We want to give immigrants the right to vote.”

Cal Thomas captured what is going on in a column last week headlined: “The Illegal Immigrant Vote. The name of the game: votes for Democrats.” As Thomas points out, this is only the beginning of a much larger strategy.

Thomas writes: “Who doubts this is the first step by the left and Democrats toward full voting rights in state and eventually in federal elections? The claim by lawyers will be that it is discriminatory to allow undocumented immigrants to vote in local and state elections and not for members of Congress and for president. At bottom this is what the entire immigration debate is about.”

Can the FEC simply refuse to certify California’s ballots and decline to count the vote totals? That would tip the rest of the country heavily to the right and no dem presidential candidate would stand a chance.

FEC has no such power. Congress might.

They made a mistake by having a bipartisan organization. I think it was shut down and transferred the effort to DHS. I think there is work going on behind the scenes. If the Republicans win big in November, then we will know that they are having an impact. Expect the dems to go all in for the largest voter fraud ever.

Their blatant ignoring of Constitutional provisions would seem to suggest that the “rabble” could just come in and take their legislative seats and summarily kick them out.

"However, the pro-illegal immigration, sanctuary state-supporting Democratic majority in the state Legislature has no interest in enforcing the law when it’s being ignored by fellow Democrats."

If California Democratic lawmakers look the other way while illegal aliens vote for Democrats, then lawmakers are wrongly nullifying the votes of citizens imo.

So it’s good that the Founding States gave Congress the constitutionally enumerated power to guarantee each state a republican form of government.

"Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government [emphasis added], and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

H O W E V E R …

All roads of corruption in federal and state governments lead to Congress imo.

More specifically, since we’re still stuck with a corrupt, post-17th Amendment (17A) ratification Congress left over from the lawless Obama Administration, we can expect career federal lawmakers to sit on their hands while activist California lawmakers nullify the votes of citizens by letting illegal aliens get away with voting.

In other words, patriots in all states must come to the rescue of California citizens by doing the following.

Patriots must finish the job that they started when they elected Trump president.

More specifically, patriots must now be making sure that there are plenty of state sovereignty-respecting, Trump-supporting patriot candidates on the 2018 primary ballots, candidates who will commit to guaranteeing each state a republican form of government, and pink-slip career lawmakers by sending patriot candidate lawmakers to DC on election day.

And until the states wise up and repeal 17A, evidenced by concerns about the integrity of the outcome of Alabama's and Pennsylvania's special elections, patriot candidates need to win elections by a large enough margin to compensate for the following concerns.

I agree. But would the DOJ go along? That’s the problem

Jeff Sessions is afraid to challenge the Deep State. So, answering your rhetorical question, Jeff Sessions won't do a thing.

This analysis is a little late. Clinton and company thought it was a foregone conclusion that the colonists would sway her right into the White Hut. If this sh*t is not stopped, they will succeed next time. That means game, set, match for the left.

That’s what I was wondering——no wonder they run roughshod all over us——we just don’t fight back hard enough.
