In San Francisco, immigrants who are in the country illegally are now eligible to register and vote in school board elections. Of course, this is clearly illegal under the California Constitution.
Article II, Section 2 of the California Constitution says: “A United States citizen 18 years of age and resident in this State may vote.”
However, the pro-illegal immigration, sanctuary state-supporting Democratic majority in the state Legislature has no interest in enforcing the law when it’s being ignored by fellow Democrats.
After all, the long-range plans Democrats have for a ruling majority depend on continuous law- breaking to get enough non-Americans to vote. The Californians who don’t support the radical views of Democrats can simply be eclipsed by non-citizen voters supporting the Democrats.
As the San Francisco ABC News affiliate reported, the county’s District 7 Elections Supervisor Norman Yee said: ”We want to give immigrants the right to vote.”
Cal Thomas captured what is going on in a column last week headlined: “The Illegal Immigrant Vote. The name of the game: votes for Democrats.” As Thomas points out, this is only the beginning of a much larger strategy.
Thomas writes: “Who doubts this is the first step by the left and Democrats toward full voting rights in state and eventually in federal elections? The claim by lawyers will be that it is discriminatory to allow undocumented immigrants to vote in local and state elections and not for members of Congress and for president. At bottom this is what the entire immigration debate is about.”

Don’t kid yourselves, millions of illegal aliens are already voting.
And Bush League Republicans call you racist for wanting something done about it.

Then why hasn’t it been taken to court and challenged?
That’s exactly what is happening. Register foreign national freeloaders to “vote in local elections” and “accidentally” send them ballots for national elections. They will always claim it was “just sloppiness” and “unintentional” if they get caught. It’s time to start throwing these scumbag “election officials” in jail for these screwups whether intentional or not.

Immigrants have a right to vote- ILLEGAL INVADERS however should never have the right to vote- can you imagine sneaking into a foreign country illegally and demanding that they allow you to vote? No other country would allow such an asinine thing!
Get the Federal Elections Commission busy right away.

From 1997.
Dornan lost by about 700+ votes. (From memory. I don’t think it was documented in the above article.)
Illegal Aliens had in fact voted. Hermandad Nacional was fined later on.
Congress has the authority to invalidate any election where even one vote is shown to be illegal, and order a special election to resolve the issue.
Congress elected not to defend Dornan, and seated Sanchez.
There were hundreds of irregularities, and I believe by the end of the investigation it was documented that around 125 illegal alien votes had been cast.
Good old Newt was the Speaker at that time, and I would have to believe instrumental in selling Dornan out.
Wasn’t Pence going to do something about this and then just kinda gave up?
The Trump Admin should challenge this now at the local level...file a lawsuit against the county and hit them with the full weight of the law....force it into the federal courts and to the SC...handle the issue now and you won’t have to

Our great AG was going to do something about the criminals operating in California governments (San Freakcisco and Oakland) thwarting Federal immigration law and supporting criminal aliens.

There is no excuse for this. We should have had secure voting years and years ago. this is disgraceful.
