“They claim the boy was bullied and mistreated by his classmates. “
Wait until he gets to prison.
Dad should shut up, he has the equivalent oc a D-9 Catapiller for a mouth.
Take the DAD’s guns He is mentally and morally incompetent.
When we transitioned through middle and high school, did any of us get through not being “bullied” at some point?
If we didn’t kill people back then, then there is a way to go through life without killing our adversaries in school.
Quit making excuses!
Well that’s it then. He was bullied so it is legit for him to kill as many people as he could, especially that girl that refused his advances.
Great parents
“It is like we see in the movies when someone gets into his body and does things that are not done.”
The father sees too many movies.
.
He is poor.
Judgement proof.
I was bullied by a group of three girls in middle school. This was a new school to me after we moved back from Japan. I tried to cope with it for a few weeks and then I responded. Fortunately, my parents had given me leather-soled shoes. Kicking a couple of them in the shins convinced them that I was not an easy target.
I’d never experienced anything like that and it was a shocking welcome to my return to the states.
I keep hearing she shut him down in a very humiliating way in front of the whole class, but I haven’t heard exactly how.
Not saying it was in any way justified, but any cop will tell you that publicly humiliating people is a dicey game. You never know where someone’s breaking point will be. Especially this generation of snowflakes that grew up with participation trophies.
Our generation got shot down, told no, told we lost etc. They get told no and it completely discombobulates them.
But I would like to hear about this supposed public humiliation.
And the father didn’t commit any crime.
I am not here to make excuses for anybody but an alternate scenario is this — the boy was bullied and wanted to get even, the parents were not aware of the full extent of the bullying (because parents tend to judge their kids by their own experiences, if you’re not being bullied as a parent in the community, why would your kid be bullied?) ... so there was little advance recognition of the potential for disaster, then this happened.
I draw those conclusions in part from my own experience, in that I was an immigrant (to Canada), I was bullied relentlessly from about age eight to fifteen, and my parents didn’t want to hear about it because they were fitting in and doing fine (but they weren’t mixing with the parents of my classmates). So I had to deal with it all myself. If anyone here thinks that is easy, you’re dead wrong. You are in a new country, not of your own choosing, you have no way out, you are in physical danger every day, and you are sick of the situation and want it to end.
It had effects on me that I worked out gradually through insight as I matured but in a culture like yours (where guns are available) I might have done that too, seriously, because I was that frustrated with the non-stop bullying.
So deal with that, it’s not abnormal to get royally pissed off at being bullied. If you want to have a culture of guns and bullying, expect more of this.
Am I not right? The truth shall set you free.
That will be the latest defense for this and for the POS at Parkland.
I would think, any father would have the same response.
He’s searching for answers right now.
But he should have instilled into his son, that this kind of violence is certainly not the answer.
True....he will learn about true bullying in prison.
Girls whose instincts warn them about sociopaths like this should IGNORE those warnings and date the misunderstood sociopaths to make them feel good? That’s how you stop them from killing? Give them ONE victim instead of many? Wait for that ‘advice’ to be offered!
Antonios Pagourtzis is too dumb to live in Texas. Deport him to California
True!! - He should have been placed in a mental institution long ago, IMHO.
Your talking about a different generation, we all got bullied at one time or another in school.
We all had access to firearms (either our own or Dads), I was an expert shooter on my High School Rifle Team (California Cadet Corps).
We were all hunters and shooters, we all knew the damage a firearm could do.
We also believed in GOD, FAMILY, and consequences for our own actions.
The Nation has changed (not for the better), there are no longer REAL CONSEQUENCES for an individuals actions, when was the last time somebody was executed in your state.
That happens, no problem.
His excretion killed 10 people. Surely his internal organs must be worth something to save lives.Dads and evil spawns.
