Who pays attention to Bernie any more? They might as well be arguing who had the best strategy to win the 2016 superbowl.
Example: Joe works a Hardware store for $13 an hour, he has a piddling health care package. Joe would quit the Hardware Stoe and work for the Government. No one in their right mind would work for less than $15 dollars and hour with lesser Health Care. Bernie’s idiot idea would destroy half the businesses in America.
The challenge I’m having is that I see our system in the US as so socialist that it doesn’t add up either. It wasn’t that long ago that you would NEVER hear the word “trillion” on any news cast.
As much as I like all the good news since the election, and all the utter psychological collapses of the liberals, I see this as the 800 lb gorilla in the room.
... Well ..... What you didn't hear about this program is that they decided it wasn't working out and moved to scrap the whole thing last week and offer welfare for the needy instead.

People with no skills making $15.00 / hr can’t contribute to the improvement of infrastructure. All they know how to do is show up late for work, go to lunch and not com back until the next day(late of course).

Without that generations long brainwashing, Bernie would be laughed at by 90% of the population rather than cheered on by nearly half the population. Especially with the example of Venezuela's paradise collapsing into anarchy and mayhem as we speak.
A nation where people hand their kids over to the government when the kids are five years old and have no say in what the government pours into their skulls is a nation headed for disaster, it just takes a few generations for the disaster to unfold.
His stupid idea is essentially socialism. It is not free-market. It can’t work, but it would make the government the sole employer, which is a good way to get to full government ownership of the means of production.
Unfortunately, there are millions of Americans, like those who voted for bammy, who think this is a good idea.
4 trillion is the current budget. Add 9 trillion and you get 13 trillion. Take out ssn and a few other duplicates, and let’s say 11 trillion. It’s not possible to take 11 trillion out of a 20 trillion economy. That’s everything, not just incomes. It’s product costs, transport, r&d, utilities, etc.
It’s all the costs that go into producing income.

It’s not supposed to add up as in actually work. It’s supposed to crash the system so they can institute the dictatorship of the people. And start killing them.
