Back in 2011 I had a perforated bowel from diverticulitis, even though I’d been faithfully following the diet I was supposed to. Ended up with a colostomy bag for 3 months until they reconnected everything. Normally I wouldn’t wish this on anyone, but I’ll make an exception in McCain’s case.
