This quote made me wonder if Comey is gay. Not that it matters. Just an observation.

What I find interesting about what I’ve heard and read about Comey is, what a p*ssy he seems like.

He talks about meeting with the President and how he felt intimidated. He talks about his meeting with obama, which he said he didn’t have and how he almost cried as obama consoled him.

Good Lord, I know not everyone is a crusty old warhorse like Chesty Puller, but have some nuts. You were head of the FBI. You know, the worlds most premiere law enforcement agency(heavy heavy sarcasm), at least act like you have a spine. If you need to cry on someone’s shoulder, do it in private and don’t tell anyone about it.

A number of Americans live in Thailand. I am no prospect to leave this country. All those Hillary supporters who promised to leave concluded real fast the grass just looks greener.

All I need to know about Comey is that Joseph DiGenova,a former US Attorney for the District of Columbia, has referred to him as “a dirty cop”....twice (that I'm aware of).

“Even if true....” Even if WHAT is true? There is nothing of consequence in the book because Trump didn’t break any laws. Comey told Trump he wasn’t under investigation. I haven’t heard a peep about the phoney collusion charge.

-- If Comey's book is flipping NeverTrumpers to Trump's side ... --

Maybe Angus King is welcoming Comey over to King's side, rather than being critical. IOW, King used to think Comey was against Hillary, but now that he sees what Comey is really about, he's relieved.

Just under a year ago I called King's office. Asked one question and made one "demand." Also asked for a response in writing. The question was "What crime is Mueller investigating?" The demand was that he apologize for his treatment of Jeff Sessions in a hearing. King was piling on, and he knows better, in accusing Sessions of abusing the response of executive privilege when responding to questions about specific interactions with President Trump.

I got some totally unresponsive form letter a couple months later.

Senator King appears on Jake Tapper Comedy Hour on CNN this morning. Maybe Tapper brings up the Comey subject. I can't think of any reason Jake Tapper would invite King to appear, other than to beat on Trump.

LOL... Real Estate is the most vicious, competitive, and backstabbing career out there, next to Organized Crime!

I’m sure there are other careers, like being a politician that ranks right up there. Politics would my last choice for a career, especially after watching this last election unfold!

I was in my late twenties when I went to WV from living in north (NY & SE Pa), where my mother owned a real estate business, and sold farms and land. Even without an MLS, in late 70s, it was mind boggling how real estate
people would manipulate buyers and try to cut throat deals!
That experience plus starting college later gave me a perspective on the world, that was priceless, and goal oriented.

I agree with you, Trump has dealt with some of the most cut throat people out there, where money is concerned, and survived to thrive! LOL

Ya gots to know the unions of New York are run by the mob.
If the Donald can deal with this group of thugs, dealing with midgets like Pelosi and Schumer is easy as making a cake.

This is circumstantial evidence that Comey has guns turned on him (figuratively) from every direction -- these media shills, Lynch, Clinton, Obama, his fellow FBI crooks, as well as the FBI OIG, the DOJ, and of course, the White House. The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round... Thanks blueplum.

Just like Secret Service agents are supposed to protect the President no matter of which party, if the FBI director was truly a professional, he would focus on doing the right thing and investigating crimes not choosing political sides. Comey reveals himself to be not just partisan, but incredibly petty in his hatred of Trump.

Homosexuals are very vindictive.

Because they're egos are so sensitive - I loved Trump's tweets and Sarah's rant about what a ignoble toad he is because I know it had to make him burn with insane rage that they would dare to say that about him - they will live like acid-exuding beetles in his head until the day he dies...

I agree. The swipe he took at Loretta Lynch, hinting at dirt, is also not sitting well.

This is a behavior pattern for Comey. Much like the original FBI director Hoover, Comey maintained his power by holding secret info over others; dropping subtle or not so subtle threats against them.

This is likely a pathological institutionalized behavior in the FBI. One which has allowed that agency to operate without oversight for decades; leading to an advanced state of institutional corruption.

"Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,"
(Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer)

This quote made me wonder if Comey is gay. Not that it matters. Just an observation.

This quote from the Comey book does sound a bit “gay”... not that there’s anything wrong with that!

In Comey’s upcoming book, “A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies and Leadership,” Comey recounted the late November, 2016 meeting with Obama in the Oval Office.

“I picked you to be FBI director because of your integrity and your ability,” Obama said to Comey, according to the book. “I want you to know that nothing has happened in the last year to change my view.”

Obama’s words came at a time when Comey was under intense scrutiny over some of the actions he took during the FBI’s investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server. Democrats were seething, gripped by the notion that Comey’s public pronouncements about the investigation had damaged Clinton, who was the party’s 2016 presidential nominee.

That reassurance from Obama reportedly left Comey on the verge of tears.

“Boy, were those words I needed to hear ... I’m just trying to do the right thing,” Comey recounted in the book.

“I know,” Obama replied. “I know.”

“Read My Lips” folks, James Comey’s fifteen minutes of fame, are finished and over, before they ever began. The Comey “game” is over, and, Mr. Comey is headed for the nearest filthy sewer, just where he rightfully belongs. The DOJ/FBI should be hanging its head in shame.

Rep. Pete King (R-N.Y.) told reporters Friday his opinion of Comey has changed in light of the new excerpts, saying they reveal a “personal vendetta against the president.”

Petty is the word.
