Zuckerberg says most Facebook users should assume they have had their public info scraped

Facebook said Wednesday that it believes most of its users who had a specific search function enabled have had their profile data scraped by third parties.
"We've seen some scraping," CEO Mark Zuckerberg said on a call with reporters. "I would assume if you had that setting turned on that someone at some point has access to your public information in some way," he said.
The setting Zuckerberg referred to is one where users let other users search for them by e-mail address or phone number instead of by name.

Our only hope is to use steemit, Dtube, duck duck go, epic browser and a few others. These are free speech alternatives to the marxist enemies.

That’s why I have no personal information whatsoever on my Facebook page and I never put anything meaningful on it.
Although, I’m sure Facebook has done a profile on my based on my participation on forums anyway.

I have a provocateur account at Facebook so I can comment. That is all fakebook is good for. Of course my info says I went to elementary school in Thailand, high school in Italy and college in Germany . I currently live down the street from where the Obamas vacation in Hawaii, or at least my profile says. I am sure my data is really valuable to Suckerberg.
