House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi wants Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) removed as the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee in the middle of the uproar over a memo that supposedly exposes FISA violations and bias at the FBI during the 2016 presidential election. Republicans voted to release the memo, and President Trump said that is "100 percent" going to happen.
The FBI, however, shared its "grave concerns" over the four-page document Wednesday in a rare public statement, doubting its accuracy. Democrats say releasing it will be detrimental to national security and that Republicans only want it public in order to upend the special counsel investigation into Russian collusion.
Worse yet, Adam Schiff (D-CA), the ranking member on the House Intel Committee, accused Nunes of altering the memo without the knowledge of his fellow committee members. The memo that was sent to the White House for review is "materially different" than the one on which they voted, Schiff claims.
That was the last straw for Pelosi, who made her demands in a letter to House Speaker Paul Ryan for Nunes's removal. Nunes can no longer remain chairman if he has engaged in such "unethical" and "dangerous" behavior, she insists.

Republicans note the classified material has been removed from the memo and will not cause any national security concerns.
President Trump is by all indications going to declassify the memo.
I love the way the Republicans hesitate to pull the trigger long enough for the rats to frame the debate.

All this national security talk leads me to wonder....how did Mueller ever intend to take anyone into court without a bunch of these supposed details laying there in various documents? It would seem like if anything is hush-hush-Secret, then convicting folks in some legit court is just about impossible without spilling the beans.

Yes, that is frustrating. It makes me wonder why they’re doing it. They had to know better than I do that this would happen.
They have waited way too long to release the memo. At least half of the sheeple are going to believe all of this nonsense if and when they do actually release it.
