Pico Rivera is located about 20 - 25 miles east of downtown LA. Was once a beautiful and prosperous city. Now it’s a city over run with illegal aliens and gangs, and governed by LA Raza / Reconquista types in the schools and city government.
Pretty much a sh#thole, IMHO.

On the lighter side, he may be correct
in at least some of his rhetoric, the
armed forces did entertain soldiers like
