No doubt! I don't know about kids today but when I was in high school ('70-'73), in spite of the anti-war attitudes of the time, one or several students would have gotten up and kicked his ass so badly he'd be in the hospital for weeks. There would have been a fight to be the one who did it.
This is a typical liberal attitude, and it certainly isn’t new. Leftists think people go into the military because they can’t cut it on the outside, that people who serve in the military are nitwits.
There is a great book called “Once An Eagle” by Anton Myrer, (used to be read at the military academies) which describes this mindset brilliantly, the condescension of these people towards the military.
That is why it is so galling to hear them proclaim they support the military. They don’t. Military funding only draws money away from (as Ann Coulter once put it) “Their comically useless social programs”.
That’s our America.

During my senior year of high school I decided that the best way to take advantage of my electronics major was the advanced technology path offered by the Navy. This required a six year commitment rather than the standard four. Training included two years of intensive study in wide array of subjects. Mathematics, oceanography, technical writing, analog and digital electronics, hydro-acoustics, physics and tactical operations for anti-submarine warfare were among the required course material. Of course I only did this because I was afraid I couldn't hack it at the local Libtard University Indoctrination Mill. Dodged the bullet on that one. ;-)
I think it would be helpful if a veteran or two pay this guy a visit and straighten him out.

First Ladies Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton openly loathed not only the military but law enforcement and even the Secret Service. When her husband was president, Hillary would order that they vacate the hallways when she was walking down them. We all know the story where Michelle Obama openly showed disgust at a flag ceremony and muttered under her breath "all this for a flag?"
This is how most liberal Democrats think and we need to hang this around their necks come election time.
