Air Force One is primed to receive an upgrade that will include new refrigerators expected to cost American taxpayers nearly $24 million.
The US Air Force awarded Boeing a $23.6 million contract in December to replace two of the five "cold chiller units" aboard the aircraft used by President Donald Trump.

No wonder. It makes it sound like the refrigerators alone are going to cost $24 million.
What exactly is a “cold chiller unit”?
Whatever Party didn’t hold the White House would whine about it.
New fry-o-lators for the President’s galley?
Why are they yelling about it? It’s not Trump’s plane, when he leaves office it stays with the next President. He’d probably rather be using his own personal jumbo jet.
That approaches the booze bill that Pelosi rang up on her flights as House Speaker.
How much did Bo the Dog’s refrigerators cost? I don’t think I ever heard about that.
$23+ for refrigerating units? Crazy!
Trump should scrap that and buy some of those big coolers they have for boats and use good old fashion ice.
“What exactly is a cold chiller unit?”
Usually an air conditioner and no a fridge.
Hell...he had to fumigate
DJT will not allow this.
What exactly is a cold chiller unit?

Maybe a cold storage unit for bodies, like in a morgue.
To keep a dead president (or others) in, to get them home.
Or to hold these bodies and pretend they are alive.
You can see I have watched too much TV, “24”, etc.
PS Could have used one for Ron Brown.
You would think he was getting kickbacks. So dumb.
From what this says it’s for the HVAC,not food.
There was another about this I read last night which claimed the mission requirement is or AF-1 fridges to have a capacity of holding 3000 meals.
